Mublic sells to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from consumers or from anyone under 16.

We do not collect payment card details. Card data is entered on Stripe’s own pages and never reaches our servers.
We use a small number of first-party cookies and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies:
We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics product.
We determine your country from your IP address using a country-level database held on our own servers; where that returns no result we fall back to your browser language. Your IP address is never sent to a third-party geolocation service, and we do not determine your location more precisely than the country. A manual choice overrides the inference and is stored in a cookie.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Mublic is established in the United States and personal data is processed there. Where data originates in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, transfers are made under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism. Where data originates in Türkiye, transfers are made in accordance with the applicable provisions of Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority where the law requires it.
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise a right, write to the contact address below. We respond within the period the applicable law requires, and within 30 days where no period is specified.
Staff PINs identify a role, not a person, unless the Customer chooses to label a PIN with a name. If the Customer enters staff names, the Customer is the controller of that data and is responsible for informing its staff. Mublic acts as a processor for it and will enter into a data processing addendum on request.
We may update this policy. Material changes are notified by email or in the customer panel at least 30 days in advance. The date at the top always shows the current version.
